Looking up and paws spread wide, ready to grab onto anything - the desire not to retreat or give up, expressed in the bear cub pose, became an inspiration for us and an opportunity to remind adults that the path to new heights is not easy. Growing inner strength gives you a feeling of stability and the ability to find support within yourself. And here we can draw inspiration from children who easily get up after failures, shake off their scraped knees (if you're lucky, they'll apply plantain) and run on.
